Stop measuring people by your capacity, everyone has a deposit from God you can't find elsewhere. All they need is a little fanning(pushing, encouragement, support etc) to be able to bring that out.
Stop adding to their failures(fears) by your constant assessment of their inabilities by your own abilities. It doesn't work that way...
