Take the impurities out of silver and the artist can produce a thing of beauty. Proverbs 25:4 GNT
Take them out!
God won't use any man or make him His finished product, if he's still covered with impurities(iniquities)
That ministry/Church will never go far until those impurities are removed. These impurities could be the level of sin in that Church. They could also be foolish w/men whose presence hinders the growth of the Church.
And no nation will develop, until impurities are taking away.
