If you believe that God is the Final Word, then you have to make helping the poor a lifestyle. Don't wait for anyone before you do that. And it must not be a collective effort, though it's fine, but wait for no one.
If God had told man that his health is in depth of the ocean, or the cliff of the highest mountains, he would have spent all to get it. But God said just help the poor and every good health will be yours.
The more you help the poor, the lesser you travel abroad for medical attention. And the more you steal what should have been given to the poor, the more you'll get sick.
