There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise, But a foolish man swallows it up Proverbs 21:20

From the time of Pharaoh through the time of Nebuchadnezzar, Kings surrounds themselves with Wise men. Any King without Wise men, doesn't do well. 

This is why the Bible said "There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise".

Because the wisdom of the wise attracts massive progress.

But the challenge today is that many leaders refused to surround themselves with Wise men, instead they chose men out of sentiment.

The level of people you surround yourself with, will determine how far you'll go, and how vast your achievements will be.
