Avoid them!
You see foolish people, avoid them!
If you don't want to be left behind, avoid them!
Following a fool won't just make you foolish, you'll end up loosing everything. Your destiny and light will be swallowed up.
When you bring out ideas, they'll swallow it. When you bring good thoughts and innovations, they'll swallow it. Nothing you'll bring that they'll nurture it to grow.
When you have them in the Church, forget about the growth of that Church. When a leader surround him/herself with such people, that leadership will never do well, rather she'll move backward.
