5. When they're sick unto death:

I also observed that some men do secret transaction because they want to surprise their families. So they'll secretly do that with their friends, waiting for the time it will mature before they'll tell them(wife especially).

This is good but also dangerous. I have a relation that their father made this mistake, so to say. He bought a land with a friend, with intention of developing it, so that he'll surprise the wife. 

But as no one can predict life, he died. His friend took the land. The woman later found out that her husband made such transactions with his best friend

, but couldn't fight because she doesn't know where the land was situated, neither does she have the documents.

Surprising your family is good, but at what expense?!

Keeping financial transactions secret may look safer, but it's risky as well. Even if you don't want to say it immediately, write it down somewhere(jotter, diary, briefcase, etc); where eye can get but not quickly.

Conclusion:

Having secret several accounts will not make you a better businessman or great entrepreneur, rather you're just enriching the Banks. Because if you die, your money won't talk.
