i). Having Sex In The Dream:
If you must overcome spirit spouse, then you must be strong in the Lord and in the spirit. If you can't resist that urge in the dream, it then means that your spirit is weak. That doesn't mean that you're not a Christian. It means that you need to be endued with power to be able to make a concrete decision
There are some people, they're not Christians but they're kpokirikpo(unbendable) in nature. Once they say "No", nothing will change that. That's how most of them are in their dreams too. I had a Pastor that shared his experience with me and my friends. He said when he was young he disliked any close contact with women and he avoided them.
He did that even in his dreams. According to him one day(in his dreams) a girl was insisting to hold him. He warned her not to try that again. The girl insisted, and he gave her a powerful blow. Only for him to realize that it was a dream, when his Uncle who lay close to him screamed in pain.
Conclusion:
It's better to be feeble in the physical and then stubborn in the Spirit. Than being stubborn in the physical, then feeble in the spirit. Unless you want demons to turn you into a pancake.
