I believe in starting small. Because when you start small and you're able to handle Small Things/Responsibility you can easily progress to handling Big ones. And when you start handling Big things peradventure, all things being unequal, and you fall back to small things, it won't be a new thing to you. Because you'll handle it with experience.

But when you rush to start Big and maybe things change and you come back to small, it will be difficult for you to handle; because the shame, disgrace, etc, will be overwhelming.

Starting from small does not mean that you're not dreaming big; it shows that you're actually dreaming big, and you're on your way there.
