For the record; the Bible didn't say "Blessed are the Poor People" rather "Blessed are poor in spirit"
One who's Poor in the Spirit is one whom Christ is the Lord of his/her entire life. It's one who needs God so much. One who has no relevance except in God. One who has no means of survival except by God.
