As a Lady, there's a way you'll dress, instead showing how beautiful you are. You'll end up showing how stupid you are. Same with the young man.
There are things a young man will do/agree to that will make him look foolish instead of wise. Same with the Lady..
When God created us, He gave us self-control. That control helps us not to do/act everything that comes into our minds. Not to do/act/wear/accept everything we see. That's why you can be naked in your bathroom/room, but you're not expected to be naked(or dress indecently) outside your rooms.
It's only a mad man that has little or no self-control, unless you're one of them.
