What Can Attract Catalyst Of Favours: 

2. Good Character: Good Character is one virtue that has been scarce for Decades. Everybody, including Firms, companies, public services, marriages, political offices, neighbourhood, Religious organizations, etc, has been in search for it

Its scarcity has affected a whole lot of things including marriages, political/educational/social systems, account sections, military and paramilitary, nations/individual relationships, friendships, etc. Instead of searching for it the more; good character was replaced with 'trends'.

Good character is the need of the world and humanity. That's why anyone who possesses it or something that looks like it, becomes a hot demand. Good Character attracts Catalysts...

Conclusion:

When two people displayed same qualifications, the one with good character will surely take the lead
