Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: and he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
Many are still waiting for Elijah to come not knowing that the "Elijah" has come and gone. Because they're seeing that "Elijah" as reincarnation, and not as a Prophecy. The coming of Jesus was a fulfillment of this Prophecy.
Now the "Elijah" has come and gone remaining "The Great And Dreadful Day Of The Lord". Only those that will escape this day are those that are in Christ Jesus.
