If only God's kind of will in Heaven be done on earth, then the earth will be full of Peace, Love, and the knowledge of God. But satan is making sure such never happens, by corrupting the minds of men. Filling then with immorality, idolatry, wickedness and all sorts of evil. Because he knew that God hates them.
But the good news is, one can attract God's will personally, by renewing his/her mind in Christ Jesus.
