Indirect persecution!
Years back believers suffer persecution from the "unbelievers". And these "unbelievers" doesn't go to Church, and doesn't believe in Christ and their lives are totally worldly.
But today those "unbelievers" modus operandi have changed, because almost all of them belong to one denomination, even though they still live in worldliness, yet they identified with one denomination.
Because our persecutors have partly joined us in the church, devil now devised another means of persecution, which comes from challenges, situations. He no longer use those our family members like in those days to unleash his wickedness, but used situation, the government, etc.
Therefore, we should understand that is still the devil, that old man, he's still the one behind why we cry without anyone beating us, he's the one using his instruments to continue hiking prices of things, just to make us go back to Egypt(stealing, cheating, lying, etc)
